Beginning from the 1st of December, doors on [[Advent: A Calendar of Encounters|the advent calendar]] will open, one a day at noon UTC. The Calendar will remain available through New Year's Day, with a small bonus reward for opening each door on its first day of availability. 

The rewards behind each door can range from [[Completely Unassuming Palaeontological Accessory|useful]] [[Plate of Scandalously-Buttered Scones|equipment]] to [[Sky-Story|rare]] [[Magnificent Feast|items]], but consistently include a level of {{IL|Putting the Pieces Together: the Taste of Lacre}} and an {{IL|Unusual Pail of So-Called Snow}} - these will come in useful later.
==Historical Calendars==
Prior to 2023, the Advent Calendar was hosted on a [https://advent.fallenlondon.com/ dedicated out-of-game page] (now redirect to the game). Beginning from the 1st of December, doors would open, one a day at around noon UTC. Each door usually remains open for a day or two after being unlocked. Each open door linked to an [[Access Code]] to claim that day's gift.
