So, what's the Echo value of a favo(u)r?

The only dive item, unless I missed something, for which we have an Echo value is the Skull in Coral, wich is worth 17.50 on a skeleton. Or 15.00 if you knock off the cost of the scintillack needed to attach it. But, you get 125 favors for it.
So, are favors worth .10 Echos and this is a bad way to spend skulls, or are they worth 1 Echo and this is an amazing price?
Why would they be worth 1 whole Echo? Because 2000 seems more likely than 200 for a ship, and 150 and 400 seem more reasonable than 15 and 40 for the pocket watch and carving knife.
Anyhow, who else is wondering what kind of ship they could offer that would be better than a designed-from-scratch-by-you Zubmarine?
