Editing Polythreme Maze-Garden (Guide)


An In-progress guide to the Poythreme Maze-Garden.  Contributions and mechanical details welcome.

=Basic Mechanics=
The Polythreme Maze-Garden revolves around choosing to raise one of {{IL|COMMUNION}} and {{IL|IPSEITY}} to qualify for the highest tier rewards.  The actual rewards are purchased using {{IL|Awakening...}}.  The length of the trip is controlled by {{IL|Perambulating...}}.  Once you enter you will not be able to leave until {{IL|Perambulating...}} reaches 11 and you claim your rewards.  The difficulty level of stat checks, as well as the rate of progress towards rewards, is controlled by which article of clothing you choose at the start.

Once you reach {{IL|Perambulating...}} 5, [[The Silent Gate]] autofires which costs an action and raises {{IL|Perambulating...}} to 6.  Then when you reach {{IL|Perambulating...}} 9, [[The Heart of the Labyrinth]] autofires which costs an action and raises {{IL|Perambulating...}} to 10.  Then when you reach {{IL|Perambulating...}} 11, [[The Watchful Gate]] autofires which costs an action and takes you to [[An Offering (The Maze-Garden)]] where you can choose your rewards and exit the maze.  This costs one more action and resents your Maze-Garden qualities.  However, any unplayed cards will remain when you start your next trip through the maze.
