A mostly-tame clothes-colony with a nautically-inclined personality. It enjoys the salty wind of the zee, flapping dramatically in the wind, and being worn with one dashing button undone.
This item is only available during certain times of the year. For details, see Summer festivals.
It was originally introduced during Mr Chimes' Grand Clearing-Out (historical).
