The Spider Symposium is a carousel in {{IL|The Singing Mandrake}}, released with [[Mr Chimes' Grand Clearing-Out (Guide)|Mr Chimes' Grand Clearing-Out]]. It is a variable length activity, and uses {{IL|Chelicerae Clicked in Applause}} as a progress quality. Each point of these have an assumed value of 0.1 Echoes, as well as a bonus of 1.5 {{E}} for turning them in, although this takes 3 actions in addition to gaining the progress qualities. Any surplus points of {{IL|Chelicerae Clicked in Applause}} you may have are exchanged for a secondary reward. The activity focuses on {{IL|Persuasive}}.

{{IL|The Academic Mood}} serves like a randomizer like {{IL|The Airs of London}}.

This carousel is one of only three sources of {{IL|Lost Research Assistant|Appearance=Lost Research Assistants}}.

The symposium cannot be exited without claiming a reward, making the Opportunity Deck unavailable during this carousel.
