- 50 - 76: More than once, you have seen members of the Starved delegation effecting some quirk of your anatomy or dress in their own presentation
- 77: Starved Men are occasionally glimpsed in the streets of London. They are polite, constrain their anatomical eccentricities to within London's tastes, and don't shape anyone or anything else without express permission.
