Success

'Cheating' is such a strong word

The target agrees to a few terms. Small adjustments to their routine. Little lapses in their self-preservative diligence. The Priest pouts to lose their prize, but the game shifts ever in your favour.

Failure

Hang it and be damned!

The target's indiscretions are rather less secret than they were when the Priest took their trophy. He'd rather like the painting back, of course, for sentimental reasons. But it offers you nothing in the way of leverage.
