Indeed, we have this category to track new items for which no Module data was added to the appropriate table.

• If* we end up changing it so that the page received the effects from the Module and not form the template parameters, I'd still not remove support of the Effects parameters form the template. This is because that's the most accessible place to add this information when creating a new item page.

At most, we can later on remove those parameters after they've been added to the Module's table. But, as I wrote, I don't know if it's worth the trouble.
