Thanks! Although the % column just tells me that you were sitting on MW 33 while you were checking :) At least we know the difficulty calculation is OK.
The minimum/maximum multipliers do seem to skew lower as 6N-BDR gets higher. Maybe the +20 is the problem; will try some smaller numbers. Actually, if there's anyone around with low Notability (i.e. low enough to get 6N-BDR to zero) that data would help a bunch.
