Are we sure about the numbers for Suspicion gain? I've been using a Woesel to fail it a bunch for Hallowmas, and it's always given around 11-12 CP when I have a Suspicion-increasing item, and without one I've gotten exactly 10 CP 4 times in a row now. Is that number just uncertainty, does it scale with something, or have I just had a particularly strange run of luck?
