Given that this was visible on your aroace character's account, I wonder if this is locked/hidden if you already have a spouse. This seems a bit anticlimactic for the end of Furnace's "romance" arc, and there's no record of comparable options for Cornelius or January (we've only seen their Acquaintance qualities go up to 20). I'm assuming most players are married by the time they get here, so maybe there are options we've missed ...
