It'd take 619 levels worth of actions to get it down to 2000 (as of the 14th), so considering everything above level 50 is capped at the same required exp it'd just take 619 * 50 change points, or ~30k CPs.

I think we'll definitely pass it some time in 2024, though how long it'll take really depends on how many people actively draw cards in London.
