Missing Heist Option

The last option, "Get ready for your Heist!" does not seem to exist currently (12 Jan 2024). I'm working through MYN to do the heist in Concord Square, and only have the option to "Plan a Heist", which so far doesn't redirect to anything containing the "Get ready" option either. This might be user error on my part (I'm a new player--perhaps it unlocks once MYN increases), but I understand some game changes have been made within the past year-ish, and it's possible they've moved this or deleted it.
