If I'm correct here, having an Ermine Assassin raises this to potentially 5.18 Echoes per action. You get 200 Rostygold and 15 Prayers from attending the Tournament of Weasels, so you get 3.50 Echoes worth of items ten times. With the Bone Fragments, that's 57 Echoes total for 11 actions. I wonder if maybe this is the most efficient you can get with this carousel, ignoring zailing weirdness.
