Can give Coruscating Soul on rare success

Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot - I only realized that I got a Coruscating instead of Discordant Soul after I clicked "next".
I don't need dozens of discordant and silent souls, so I won't try to repeat the rare success or figure out its frequency. But hopefully some player with deep pockets will investigate this in the future.
