I got the "A small jewellery box" option which gave the same rewards as the success from the previous version of the card (12 x Flawed Diamond and 10 x Ostentatious Diamond, but it is variable because I got 12 & 7 the next time). Not sure if there's a way to see the actual Sights number but it was the 20--24 text.
