The availability of these items is sporadic throughout the year because they are gated by one or more World Qualities. Attaining them requires some forward planning, although not as much as most Festival items.
Rat-Market Items[edit]
rotates on a seasonal basis. One item will be available for a three-month stretch, and then unavailable for nine months.
A handful of items are only available based on the 
and 
. These are random and cannot be predicted.
Sacroboscan Calendar[edit]
The 
rotates weekly, on a seven-week schedule. Three of the seasons unlock items that cannot currently be obtained anywhere else.
