The Prophet's Call
Success Instructions: When you are zailing, attend to Matters Piratical and raise the Corsair's flag. Then consult with your Blue Prophet. If you are not currently pursuing another bounty, you will now be able to choose the Delight as a target.
Once you finally make contact with the Delight, you will need to present your Blue Prophet as an offering. This will require a Whirring Contraption's components to create a cage. If you don't have any Whirring Contraptions, you should acquire one before meeting the Delight.
You can commission a Whirring Contraption at the Workshops of the Great Downward Engineering Company in the Bazaar Side-Streets.
