From: Day 4: What's the angle?
A cadre of urchins serves Mr Sacks. Is he their captor or their deliverer? The urchin-gangs of the roof-tops have a particular interest... and an interest, too, in Neath-snow, to match their strange knowledge of wild words and vagrant winds.
