Once you have your Noman, you'll need an additional total of 34 - 103 x 
Taste of Lacre to increase its Noman's Friend, which could be achieved with 12 - 35 x Unusual Pail of So-Called Snow.
If you'd prefer to minimize Pails, you can instead use 4 - 11 x Unusual Pail of So-Called Snow and 4 - 12 x 
Tears of the Bazaar, or 36 x Tears if the bottle breaks every time.
Before December (or as soon as possible) you may want to have the following:
