Creates the most commonly used forum listing. Mainly to be used in other forum templates.

| Category | 1 | The category property of the forum tag (without namespace).

| Sticky toggle | sticky | Toggles sticky comment display. When empty, all threads are displayed. When "only", only stickied threads are displayed. When "not", only non-stickied threads are displayed.

| Title | title | The title property of the forum tag.

| Limit | limit | The count property of the forum tag. Limits the amount of displayed threads.
