Template:SetSMW/FromField/doc

This helper template receives the variable {{#var:FromField}} (not a parameter!!!) from an action template (something like {{Action}} or {{Social Actions}}) and sets the Property:From Card/Storylet in Semantic Mediawiki appropriately.

The template is intended for use in other templates only. The else parameter allows to add categories if the variable is empty.

Note: If you add visible text there, it will appear in the article, so it is suggested to only use "invisible" wikitext like adding categories, variables or properties.
