Game Instructions: You can find a variety of new cards in the Upper River Opportunity Deck that will afford you chances to recover crates. You can also obtain crates – somewhat less favourably – by purchasing them from enterprising souls.
Turning in crates serves to benefit a particular faction. At the end of the event, a recurring Opportunity Card will unlock for the faction that has amassed the most crates. This will offer new opportunities to earn favours with that faction, and will persist until this event next occurs.
