Description summary:
The urchins are terribly frightened of the Orphanage. There are not only children there, but adults who offended the Masters, and monsters. The place is hidden in a maze and is almost impossible to find and enter without a dirigible.

These children show no respect for their elders. And such language! Even a dignified retreat brings no succour, as they follow from the rooftops, hurling their uncouth calumnies. It is all too distressing for a person of quality.
