Recent changes to capture range of results

Hi,

I saw that you've recently changed the results listed on the page A meeting with his peers so that instead of 1-11 or 1-13 of a certain item, it's now (3+[1.. Watchful]/20).

How can you tell for sure this is indeed the formula? Also, are you sure that a value of 1 is not possilbe? People have encountered it before (though FBG moght have changed the forumal since, of course).

I'm sure of it because I got that information from the Fallen London app. I won't specify too much openly here.

However, it might be possible that I was mistaken in interpreting the information and that the "3+" was in the parentheses. That would make a value of 1 possible. Or, as you said, it could be that they changed it.

I'll double-check that tomorrow, once I get to access my computer.

So the 3+ is outside of the parentheses, but I was wrong on the the modified Watchful. It's actually unmodified Watchful. If you want to discuss it more precisely, you could head over the Fallen London IRC channel. I'm Nevs there.

Honoured with a statue?

Hey, I was wondering. Is there really a Level 2 for Honoured with a Statue? I haven't been able to find anything about that anywhere else. Is that from the Fate-locked ending to the case?

Yes, one of my friends got that. By doing the Jack Case three times and ending Jack in all three, you may raise it to 2.

You technically don't need to do the fate-locked ending, but you have to pay at least twice the fate-reset.

Haha I see. So it requires you to reset the ending of the Jack Case twice to get it up to Level 2 then? That explains it. I hope that's the only other level and there's no Level 3 XD

Hm, you're a seeker of achievements, huh? There's no cap to how high you can raise it, but "Multiply Honoured" is the last title you can get.

The Deep Archives

Since you've been getting data on obscure things from the app, can you check the successes and failures for the various Deep Archives options? I've tried the 77 Proscribed Material maybe 20 times by now without a single success, so I'm starting to think it's bugged and just doesn't have one, like a couple of the Renown gain options used to.
