Fabulous Diamond

Hi,

Regarding your recent edit to Fabulous Diamond:

This is not listed in Advent Calendar 2018. Please provide a source that there was a Fate-free way to get this item. For now, I've deleted the addition, according to the wiki policy.

Ugh. Might have been an Exceptional Story around the same time, and I'm confusing it with the Advent Mountain-Sherd. Regardless, the use of the diamond is not itself Fate-locked, once you have one. Even if the only way to get a Fabulous Diamond is Fate/Exceptional Friendship, the option to use it should probably still be detailed.

How so? If you can only get it by paying Fate, then any option using it is unavailable without paying Fate.
