Level Increase Descriptions
- 1: You know a little more about the Forgotten Quarter.
- 2: You can read the script of the Fourth City easily, now.
- 3: You can puzzle out some of the inscriptions of older cities still.
- 4: You know something of the rituals of the Fourth City priests.
- 5: You're learning hints of the melancholy history of the Fourth City: the Fall, the Final Khan, the war with the Rosers.
