Getting Here[edit]
BEWARE--if this is your first visit (which means you have not received 
What Might Be A Thunderbolt yet), it is recommended that you have 
Renown: Urchins 40 and 7 x Favours: Urchins before entering the place as leaving the place wipes out 
Stormy-Eyed and it will take you quite some time to gain access to this place again.
To get here, you must raise Stormy-Eyed to 19 and Having Recurring Dreams: What the Thunder Said to 15. This will make the storylet The Thunder Takes Me Away available anywhere in London.
HRD:WtTS can only be gained through the relevant dreams cards or through two late game options. See Dreams (Guide) for details. Once HRD:WtTS reaches 18 the first time, you can play the card Who is the Third That Walks Always Beside you? to gain Stormy-Eyed--or if you are at late game, Watch the storm break and I took the time to hear the thunder unlocks Stormy-Eyed without hurting HRD:WtTS. See Hurling (Guide) and Moon-Miser Herding (Guide) for late-game access.
Once you have Stormy-Eyed, the HRD:WtTS dream cards will have options that will raise it. Alternatively, you can grind it out at 
Mutton Island with I bid the wind speak once you have it. See Time Passing on Mutton Island (Guide) for full details, but it amounts to 0.81 CP/Action over 16 actions.
General[edit]
There's not too much to do in 
The Mind of a Long-Dead God, but most of it revolves around gaining 
Dangerous and 
Shadowy CP, or gaining Aeolian Scream while lowering your Stormy-Eyed. If you come here at exactly 19 Stormy-Eyed and you fail every action, it will take 38 actions to escape, generating 380 CP of stats in the process, or 38 screams.

Nightmares. - If you wish to get out as fast as possible, I Will Ask a Friend for Help is a social action that will get -20CP Stormy-Eyed as long as you have at least Stormy-Eyed 6.
